As a child, books were everything to me. They were my best friends when no one liked me. They were fuel for my imagination. They were a safe place that took me far from bullying and into adventures of land and sea. Writers like Shel Silverstein taught me to love trees and to be grateful, EB White taught me to love animals, to be kind and honest. Louise Fitzhugh taught me how to keep a spy journal and stay curious. To this day, reading brings me immense joy and I cannot wait to share this great love with my children.
I am always actively building Daisy's library and adding from recommendations and articles and lists. I thought I'd share some of my latest lists with all of you.
